Return & Refund Policy

At Rosa Rosas Vintage, we want you to love your curated finds. This policy explains how you can return items or request a refund for online purchases. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent process for all our customers.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Free from any signs of use, damage, odors, or wear.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt.

Note: High-quality vintage items may show natural signs of previous character. These are detailed on product pages and are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and the unique nature of our inventory, the following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back to our Amsterdam boutique, please contact us at:

Please include your full name, order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Clear photos are required if the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is inspected at our Amsterdam shop:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to current in-store stock availability. Since our vintage pieces are unique and one-of-a-kind, if the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will provide a solution or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Amsterdam Time). Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following the standard process.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our Error or Faulty Item: Rosa Rosas Vintage will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
