2. Do you have a physical store?
Yes! We operate a physical retail store in Amsterdam as well as our online shop. Customers are welcome to visit us to try on items in person.

Our boutique is located at: Rietwijkerstraat 33 H, 1059 VW Amsterdam, Netherlands.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the Netherlands only. We are focused on serving our local community with fast and reliable delivery.
5. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days.
This includes 0-1 business day for processing and 2-3 business days for transit.
6. How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the Netherlands. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
7. What is your order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Amsterdam Time. Orders placed before this time are processed the same day.
8. Can I return an item?
Yes. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Stripe. You can pay using major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
11. What if I receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at support@rosarosasvintage.com with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
