This Payment Policy outlines how transactions are processed at Rosa Rosas Vintage and the measures we take to ensure your financial information remains secure.

1. Secure Checkout & Payments

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All transactions on our website are conducted in Euros (€). Before finalizing your order, the checkout page will clearly display the total cost, which includes:

• Product Price: The cost of the unique vintage items selected.
• Shipping Fees: As per our policy, standard shipping within the Netherlands is Free.
• Taxes: Applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the price.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

To provide a secure and reliable checkout experience, we use Stripe as our authorized payment processor. We accept:

• Major Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro.
• Digital Wallets: Secure mobile payment options supported by your device for a faster checkout experience.

3. Transaction Security

Your security is our top priority.

• SSL Encryption: Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your data during transmission, ensuring your sensitive details are protected.
• PCI Compliance: Rosa Rosas Vintage does not store or have access to your full credit card details. All sensitive information is handled directly by our secure, PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe).

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your payment is successfully authorized:

• You will receive an automated Order Confirmation Email containing your order number and transaction summary.
• Order Cut-Off: Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Amsterdam Time.
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
